With over three decades of professional experience across healthcare leadership, business operations, and real estate, she brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to commercial asset acquisition and repositioning.
Her background as a Registered Nurse, combined with experience as a Realtor®, business owner, and office manager, has shaped her ability to navigate complex situations with clarity, structure, and professionalism. Pam approaches every opportunity with a focus on communication, integrity, and thoughtful execution.

Karen Vallario is the Vice President and Co-Founder of 2 Hearts 1 Mission, Inc., contributing to acquisition strategy, asset evaluation, and operational execution. A proud U.S. veteran, she served in both the Air Force and Army, bringing a high level of discipline, precision, and accountability to every aspect of the business.
With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare, including homecare and geriatrics, Karen has developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail. Her diverse background also includes entrepreneurship across multiple industries, further strengthening her operational insight and decision-making.
Karen plays a key role in evaluating opportunities and ensuring consistent, reliable execution throughout each stage of the transaction process. Her leadership reflects a steady, disciplined approach grounded in experience, service, and long-term vision.
I have known and been friends with Pam Morgan for over 49 years. She is the most honest, hardworking, and kind person I have ever met.
