Our Team

Pam Morgan
President
Pamela Tucker Morgan is the President and Co-Founder of 2 Hearts 1 Mission, Inc., leading with compassion, faith, and a heart for serving families facing difficult real estate situations. With 31 years as a Registered Nurse—many of those caring for seniors in homecare and leadership roles—Pam is known for her steady presence, empathy, and ability to guide people through overwhelming moments with dignity and clarity.
Before launching 2 Hearts 1 Mission, Pam built experience as a Realtor®, business owner, and office manager, strengthening her communication, problem-solving, and business skills. Today, she combines all of that wisdom to help homeowners navigate stressful circumstances with honesty and understanding.
Pam’s calling into real estate was sparked by her faith. She believes God led her to create a business rooted in service, hope, and real solutions, and she approaches every homeowner with respect and compassion.
Outside of work, Pam is a proud mother and grandmother who loves swimming, animals—especially dogs—and lifelong learning. She and her business partner Karen share a long-term vision of building a Christ-centered community for vulnerable women, offering safety, mentorship, and a fresh start.
Pam leads 2 Hearts 1 Mission with integrity, purpose, and an unwavering desire to make a lasting difference.

Karen Vallario
Vice President
Karen Vallario is the Vice President and Co-Founder of 2 Hearts 1 Mission, Inc., and a proud U.S. veteran whose life has been marked by service, resilience, and compassion. She served in the U.S. Air Force as a jet mechanic and later in the U.S. Army as a combat medic and nurse—roles that shaped her strength, discipline, and deep commitment to caring for others.
After her military service, Karen spent more than 35 years as a nurse specializing in homecare and geriatrics. Her gentle dedication to the elderly and vulnerable continues to inspire her passion for supporting people facing overwhelming life challenges.
Karen’s heart for service extends to animals as well. She runs a home-based dog-sitting business, fosters dogs in need, and has also owned a custom motorcycle shop and a CPR training company—reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help in many ways.
Grounded in faith, Karen leads with humility, kindness, and steady wisdom. As part of a woman-owned, veteran-led company, she approaches every homeowner with honesty, respect, and understanding.
Karen and her business partner, Pam, share a long-term vision to create a peaceful, Christ-centered community for vulnerable women—a place of safety, mentorship, and spiritual growth where women can rebuild their lives.
Karen’s life reflects courage, compassion, and unwavering commitment—qualities she brings to every homeowner, every project, and every dream of 2 Hearts 1 Mission.
